The UBC Faculty of Forestry has a long history of partnerships with the forestry sector in Asian countries, including China, India, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Malaysia. These partnerships have included research collaborations, faculty exchanges, professional training programs and student mobility. The faculty has been involved in projects ranging from policy dialogue to capacity building, climate change, technology outreach and wood product marketing.
